SHIPPING & RETURNS
We dispatch orders 5 days a week (Monday - Friday). Orders placed before 4 pm will be dispatched the same day. Any orders after then will be dispatched the next working day. We ship with PostNL (Dutch shipping company) and the delivery time is in the terms and conditions of PostNL.
All orders are sent via a tracked service with a Track and trace number from PostNL. You'll receive a Track and trace number in your order confirmation email, use this to follow your orders right to your doorstep.
Due to being a small independent business we do not accept returns. However, if significant and huge damage or wear are present (that haven't been mentioned in the description or that haven’t shown at the product photo) we are happy to discuss your return, or find a suitable solution. The buyer must front the return postage (we recommend you use a Tracked delivery service as we can't be held responsible for items that go missing being returned to us).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you notifying that we have received the item. When approved, your refund will be processed within 3/5 working days depending on your payment option.
